Return Policy

At Sole Style, we want every customer to enjoy a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return as per the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong size, color, or product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Tags, labels, invoice, or original packaging are missing.
  • Product has dirt marks, scratches, stains, or signs of usage.
  • Return request is raised after the return window.
  • Minor color variation due to screen display or lighting difference.
  • Products purchased under clearance sale or final sale, unless defective.

Return Process

To request a return, customers can contact our support team with the order details and product images. Our team may ask for photos or an unboxing video for verification.

Once the return request is approved, the product must be packed properly and sent back to us. After receiving the product, our team will inspect it and confirm the return approval.

Exchange Option

If you received the wrong size or product, we may offer an exchange depending on stock availability. If the requested product or size is not available, a refund or store credit may be provided as per our policy.

Refund After Return

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered by Sole Style.
