Refund Policy
At Sole Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident while shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange as per the policy mentioned below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product, size, or color has been delivered.
- The product is missing from the order package.
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice intact.
Refund Request Timeline
Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used, damaged, or dirty after delivery.
- Original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing.
- Size issue without checking the size chart before ordering.
- Minor color difference due to screen or lighting variation.
- Products purchased during clearance sale or final sale, unless defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the issue. We may ask for product photos, packaging photos, or an unboxing video for verification.
After approval, the product must be returned to us. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details from the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product delivered by Sole Style.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but customers may request return or exchange after delivery as per our policy.
